Lewis Froude

Production Executive

Coming from a background in constructed factual, reality & entertainment, I have worked on some of the country’s most recognisable shows for a range of UK and global broadcasters.

My career started in 2011, working on the groundbreaking show The Only Way Is Essex (ITV 2) whilst it was at the height of its success and notoriety.  I soon progressed to work on more complicated and bigger scale shows which I love managing, including Hunted & Celebrity Hunted (Channel 4), The Apprentice (BBC One), The Island with Bear Grylls (Channel 4), Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test (Fox Entertainment Network) & SAS: Who Dares Wins (Channel 4).  I have achieved several feats during my tv career, including helping bring to air over 100 hours of broadcast television during the Covid pandemic, as well as winning awards for shows ranging from Don’t Hate The Playaz (ITV2) to Know Your Sh!t (Channel 4).

I am delighted to join Samphire as part of the core management team.  I am passionate about creating big, challenging and varied projects and I want to ensure both the production & development slates work in the most efficient and effective ways possible - and create a dynamic and inclusive company culture.
